Where are «Women Clothing» products manufactured?
100% of our products are produced in Turkey. «Women Clothing» has been established as a social enterprise since its foundation: the design, production, brand management and marketing business segments consist entirely of women’s ecosystem. As we cooperate with professional textile manufacturers during the production process, we also include periodic or full-time women producers with disabilities who want to work from home.
What is our sustainable product strategy?
Starting from the production phase of all the products we offer to customer, we focus primarily on timeless design and seasonless clothing in all processes. “Out of date” concepts are never an issue for Women & Women designs.
Fashion designers with higher education in design know customer expectations and design timeless pieces for needs.
What are your delivery rates / shipping costs?
We work with fixed shipping fees per order, regardless the number of items you purchase. Once you have selected the shipping destination, the shipping cost will be shown.
When can I expect my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. Most items will arrive 5-7 days after purchase. We will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.
What’s the delivery procedure?
After you’ve placed your order you will receive an Order Confirmation by email. We will process your order as soon as humanly possible. If you place your order before 5 pm on weekdays, your order will be shipped the very same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. On our website, under Account, you can check the status of your orders.
Which payment options do you support?
Currently we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, via PayPal And we will be adding more options in the (near) future.
Why do I have to fill out my phone number?
We use your phone number if there are any questions regarding your order. Also, your number may be used by the delivery company to reach you.

Can I order without an account?
You can choose weather you’d like to make an account or not. Having an account makes it easier to follow-up on any completed orders as well as making future orders more easy.

What size should I buy?
In general, it is best to start with your regular size. If you’re not sure which size will work best for you, send us a note to our email for additional advice. And remember, if the fit doesn’t work out the first time we will be more than happy to exchange if it is in-stock.
What if you’re out of my size?
Usually if a size is out of stock, you will not be able to add an item to your shopping cart. If we’re planning to restock your size, you’ll see an option to add your email to a waiting list. Just click the “Waitlist” button and we’ll send you an email notification when it’s back in stock. If a product is out of stock, and you don’t see a “Waitlist” button, we haven’t made plans to restock that item just yet. We may receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check back in the future.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal Account to pack for an item. Simply choose, “Pay with a card” during checkout. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed. If you have an Sincerely Trish account, login, click “Cancel Order” on your My Orders page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in any way. If you have any questions, please send us an email.
How long before my order ships?
All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
Return types?
Return for an exchange:
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
Return for a refund:
Must be postmarked within 20 days of the original order date.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.
How do I start a Return?
We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns are subject to evaluation by Sincerely Trish Boutique staff.
When mailing a return:
Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
What is your return policy?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!
All purchases may be returned within 30 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.

- Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
- Intimates, Jewelry, and all other items under “Accessories”
- Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
- Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
